While walking over to the beach looking for the group, I ran into Nike Communications VP Nigel Powell who was with the Nike CEO and was introduced to him. Mark Parker is a very nice guy to meet!!
Sponsors of the US Open of Surfing took over a large chunk of the beach near the board walk with large tents for product experiences and even some retail.
One of the cooler events was the Hurley high school fashion competition Walk The Walk Fashion Show.
