Got up bright and early for my first Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show of the season at Lincoln Center. Got seated front row and center for the BCBGMAXAZRIA show and was quite excited to see what the collection looked like. And of course I was happy to see one of my faves, Kate Lanphear sitting across the runway, looking amazing as usual.

For Spring 2013 the collection was inspired by the “femme fatale muses and high contrast of Helmut Newton’s black and white photography.” Loved the sea of black and white fits topped with leather harnesses. And how cool are the lace and leather pieces paired together? Super seductive and edgy. Check out the photos I took from my seat after the jump…
