    • disagree. otherwise he would not do fragrances; lipstick and sunglasses. are they expensive? yes! can most people afford them? no. But most of the people who have his sunglasses, fragrances and beauty products will not drop $ 20.000 on a dress. Lately very few brands could claim the status of high luxury. At the end of the day there has to be a product for every pocket… $ 100 on fragrances; $ 400 on a wallet…$10.000 on a dress.

  1. Not going to happen, and if anything 'Mr Ford' as he now likes to be addressed, will be moving into far more elusive lines and boutiques. He wants to be viewed like Chanel, and will be focusing on high end luxury…which is not really that fashion forward in practicality or thinking.

The recession altered everything. From fashion blogger, buyer, editor and distributor. Luxury and beautifully made items are no longer exclusive to price.

  2. I am not really that familiar with names in fashion, except the big ones. But, the ones that work with H&M on the designer collaborations are always fantastic and I love the opportunity to buy designer clothes for a very inexpensive price. Wonder if there's gonna be a designer collection at the beginning of 2011, like it was this year. Sure hope so 🙂

  3. It would be amazing if it is true – while it sounds too good , each designer collab has bettered the last – Dont forget how incredulous it seemed , in 2004, that Karl Lagerfeld was to design a range for H&M.
