Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart – Available Now

Friday, October 10, 2008 by Wendy Lam

I almost forgot about the Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart collaboration since the announcement back in February, thanks to reader Lindsay for the heads-up. The range consists of women’s wear, children’s clothing, accessories, footwear and home items- but not everything is available as of yet. The collection is very simple and basic with pieces mostly in red, black, white and grey colorways with a pop of leopard print. There’s not much that intrigues me, the only piece I might consider getting is the Black Batwing Cardigan $18, it also comes in white and grey– your thoughts?

The Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart collection is now available at Wal-Mart stores, Walmart.com, Norma Kamali store and NormaKamali.com.

  1. Wow! $15 for a black sheath dress, $20 for a leopard-print wrap dress. And the batwing card is awesome. I hope it’s not really cheap quality. I’m gonna order some stuff and see how it looks. Keep ya posted.

  2. I ordered the cardigan and the long-sleeved striped henley. What I really want are the suits already posted at NormaKamali.com! Unfortunately walmart.com hasn’t posted them yet and Norma Kamali’s site only sells them up to size 12.

  3. It’s kind of interesting. Good basics, I guess. And just FYI, more sizes are available on the walmart website, although they don’t offer the wide variety of items that NK’s site does.

  4. I agree. The collection is really bland, but I did just order the batwing cardigan in black. Definitely a steal-and an interesting twist on long-sleeve cardigans.
