HOW TO SHOP

The collection is available in select stores (see above) from 8AM local time and on hm.com from 10AM EST on November 6, 2014. Each customer is limted to no more than two (2) items per product. This applies to all items in the collection.

The first 420 people in line will be given a colored bracelet – 14 colors wih one for each group of 30 customers. Your color determines your time to shop, each group will have 15 minutes to shop. After the last group with bracelets are let in, the designer collection area will be open to all customers.

All items from the Alexander Wang x H&M collection can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date, with receipt, in the original form of payment. After 7 days, with or without receipt, refunds will be issued as store credit at the current selling price, in the form of merchandise credit. All accessories in the collection are not returnable for hygenie reasons.
