Last month was a huge one for American recording artist and now fashion designer, Kanye West. Starting from the debut of his YEEZY SEASON 1 collection at New York Fashion Week to the release of his new YEEZY Boost sneakers, Kanye’s collaboration with adidas Originals, it was one of the most talked about releases this season.

The Kanye West x adidas – YEEZY SEASON 1 lookbook is out now and features a selection of apparel and footwear for men and women. Fine-arts photographer, Jackie Nickerson gives us an in-depth look at the world’s first “solution-based” clothing line where individual pieces define a style that matches the relentless pace of contemporary life. “I don’t want the clothes to be the life,” says Kanye. “I want the clothes to help the life.”  Are you looking forward to the release of the debut collection?
