my thoughts:
– the owners are storytellers, tells the story of the restaurant before you order. owners were super nice and thorough about what they’re about and serve.
– they don’t wait the tables, after you are done with your food take it to the dishwasher but they do the dishes.
– they don’t keep track of your drinks, they ask you to write down what you drink.
– there is no price tag on the menu for food, after you eat you name your price according to your experience but drinks have prices.
– food comes out pretty slow as it’s prepared from scratch for each serving and it’s really small portions.
– does not fill you, had to eat afterward. But mainly because I did not enjoy the meal.

Wagyu beef burger (200gram) + fries, soooo good! The sauce kinda reminds me of In-N-Out Burger, anyone tried both and have the same thoughts?
