My gurl Lanie from Hellz Bellz just sent over her latest Summer 2009 “SO LOLITA” look book and its featuring nitro:licious reader Julia Vaughn- she looks so good and badass in the pics, dope! Summer is just around the corner and Hellz is heating it up with a variety of cut and styles to complete any females wardrobe including key staple summer looks, from a range of volume bubble skirts to edgy studded vest to the graphic tees.
