The Scene
Our philosophy from the beginning has been to serve whole natural foods that are minimally processed. Where ever possible we produce our items in house from fresh natural ingredients– from organic whole wheat flour pie crusts to house made breads, ketchup, organic seitan and free range chicken sausages. We make the effort to ensure our produce and grains are certified organic wherever possible. All poultry is free range and naturally farmed without hormones. – Spring Street Natural Restaurant

After playing over at WeSC, Jessie and I went to grab a bite…she recommended to go to Spring Street Natural Restaurant. I always pass by there since its in Soho, but never attempted to try it. I didn’t know that the place served whole natural foods that are minimally processed, I honestly couldn’t taste the difference. The food was decent, so if you’re up for organic foods you should try this place out. Peep the meal after the jump…
