MadeMe Fall/Winter 2011 Collection

I’ve always loved MadeMe’s outerwear and this new Fall/Winter 2011 collection is no exception. The new collection is super small but it consists of great pieces including a limited edition MadeMe x Schott NYC leather motorcycle jacket with a Liberty of London floral lining. The jacket is limited to just 70 pieces. For the lookbook, MadeMe enlisted model of the moment Andrej Pejic as the face of the new collection. My favorite piece is the new red Team Jacket, crafted from Canadian Melton Wool, with the phrase “¿Quién Es Esa Niña?” (which means “Who’s that girl?”) embroidered over the right breast. I love varsity/stadium jackets and this will be a perfect addition to my closet! Also, there are two printed Japanese chambray shirts, available in polka dot and floral prints. The collection hits retail in October, with an online pre-sale starting today.
