The Levi’s Fall 2011 men’s and women’s press preview was all kinds of awesome. Walked into Deitch to find a masked male and female sitting by typewriters critiquing what the guests were wearing, found out they were The Bumbys. Gill & Jill Bumby stay anonymous and provide “fair and honest appraisals of your appearance,” it was definitely an interesting approach. Jill says that she pictures me as a “fashion lawyer, kicking ass in court while wearing only the finest boutique designers.” Super cute! Besides the warm welcome, each station of the preview was so well executed I was happy I made it to see in person. Not to mention, the male models were super yummy especially the shirtless man in the bathtub! Lots of great pieces releasing for fall, I wish I can get my hands on it now since it’s still cold in NYC! Check out the preview after the jump…
