The Scene
Philippe Starck meets Shanghai. The minimalist decor is accented by lit-from-behind red and white walls and a wraparound mirror. A large seafood tank flanks the back wall. Downstairs is more tranquil than upstairs, where multigenerational families with lots of kids tend to hold sway. – Citysearch
This place quickly became one of my spots to go if I wanted dim sum! I no longer go to traditional Chinese restaurants with the dim sum carts going around to tables with prepared dim sum. I opted to go to a place where you choose your food from a “tick-off” menu then they bring out your food, nice and hot. This place is ALWAYS packed with tourists b/c I think Chinese people rather go to the traditional places haha. I luv this place, my bro introducted me to this place and now I’ll introduce it to you guys. A must go for dim sum! Peep the food after the jump…
