The Scene
Another graduate of the Balthazar School of Faux French Bistros: Red awnings, oak-paneled interior, black-and-white tiled floors, tulip lights and a zinc bar lined with leather stools create the perfect Left Bank illusion. The crowd at this quaint corner is slightly edgier than at popular neighbor (and Balthazar sibling) Schiller’s. Though the bulk of the Euro-style patrons like to linger, the staff could use some follow-up skills for those on New York City time. – Citysearch
Went out for brunch there and with Nick@Twelve Bar and liquidrice@Freshness. Great food and great company, had a nice lil chat and then off to shop haha…Nick, I’m definitely considering UK very soon haha…The food there is pretty good, not a suprise…from the same people as Balthazar and Schiller’s (one of my favorite restaurants)! I definitely wanna go back for dinner…
