I’m sure by now you’ve seen sneak peeks of the Balmain x H&M music video that stars Kendall Jenner already. The video was created for the launch of the collaboration featuring the song “Walk For Me” created by Ferdinand feat. Vaz which takes place in a futuristic city subway. The music video will have all the scale and ambition as in the 80s and 90s. The music video appears on TV and in cinemas, as well as hm.com.
The theme of the music video is dance battles where different crews battle to take control. Kendall is the hero of her crew, The Kendalls, and she must take on the other clans in dance battles: the locking and popping Jokers, the Twin Twins voguers and the High Rollers skate crew. Balmain´s creative director, Olivier Rousteing, also has a starring role in the music video as the chief guard of the system, controlling the action with music.
Are you ready? The collection will be available in 250 stores worldwide, as well as online, from November 5th. See here for all the info you need for the Balmain x H&M release ahead of you! And most importantly start making your wishlist, prices and full collection for men and women (here and here).
