adidas Originals EQT Trip to Portland

A couple weeks ago adidas Originals invited me to Portland, Oregon to celebrate the release of their new Equipment Series (EQT) franchise in the US. For those that follow me on social media (IG, FB, Twitter and Snapchat), already seen some of what I did there but here’s a recap in case you’ve missed it. I’ve been to PDX a few times but not with adidas so I was super excited for this opportunity.

On the trip, not only did I see a lot of my retailer friends, I also met some cool new ones! One stop was to the adidas Village, where we got to witness how many of their new performance technologies are created and even had a chance to make mock baby shoes at their new Maker’s Lab- so cool! I also got to preview future EQT products and there are some fiyah products coming! Lastly, adidas put on an amazing concert at the Memorial Coliseum which featured performances by international artist/producer Kaytranada, Lou Phelps and DJ duo ‘NxWorries’, a combination of Grammy nominated artist Anderson Paak and producer Knwxledge.

Arrival to PDX, check-in to The Nines Hotel (love this hotel, I was told it’s the best in PDX)
