It’s no surprise I’m a big fan of the adidas UltraBOOST Uncaged sneakers, they’re so comfortable and looks amazing on feet too. I’m really excited for the launch of the adidas and Parley for the Oceans UltraBOOST Uncaged. The Parley UltraBOOST Uncaged sneaker is limited to 7,000 pairs and features a knitted upper created with 95 percent Ocean Plastic and 5 percent recycled polyester. The laces, heel cap base material, heel webbing, heel lining and the sock-liner cover are made of recycled materials. Its design is inspired by ocean waves.
The soccer jerseys and UltraBOOST Uncaged Parley are the first apparel and footwear mass-produced with Parley Ocean Plastic. Both products are created with up-cycled marine plastic waste recovered via Parley interception and clean-up operations in coastal areas of the Maldives, with the goal of driving global awareness and comprehensive solutions to the threat of ocean plastic pollution.
The UltraBOOST Uncaged Parley is set to release on November 15th on adidas.com/parley and in selected stores. I’m definitely going to try to get a pair in my size, I believe the shoes go down to a 5/5.5 mens. And since the Uncaged runs a bit tighter I can get away with wearing a 5.5 mens. Cross fingers!
