Kylie Jenner for PUMA Suede Campaign

Kylie Jenner is back at another PUMA campaign, this time going old school for the iconic PUMA Suede. The shoe debuted back in 1968 and this season PUMA wants to freshen up the sneaker by featuring a young roster of tastemakers currently making waves in the music and entertainment arena.

They’ve certainly picked the right person as Kylie is huge on social media and obsessed with her Snapchat, showing you all aspects of her daily life. As a cool nod to the past, the campaign was shot by legendary OG street photographer Jamel Shabazz featuring Kylie in Suedes and streetwear garb around Bed-stuy in Brooklyn.

Q&A WITH KYLIE JENNER ON THE PUMA SUEDE

PUMA: What about the Suede appeals to you?
KYLIE JENNER: Its rich and vibrant colors mostly. They really have a depth of color. The deep shades don’t fade quickly and I like the laces.

PUMA: What’s your favourite colorway?
KYLIE JENNER: The black and white version is my favorite. I wear a lot of black!

PUMA: Why do you think the Suede has become a classic?
KYLIE JENNER:I think it’s the Suede’s timeless look and style – it’s always looking so fresh. They’re my go-to sneaker from my closet.
