Coach 1941 x Opening Ceremony Handbag Collection

Coach and Opening Ceremony collaborate once again to commemorate the brand’s 75th anniversary. The Coach 1941 x Opening Ceremony collection features a selection of the the cutest and iconic styles from Coach’s history as the Original American House Of Leather.

The collection was inspired by the American prairie prints seen on the Coach Spring 2016 runway and Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers’ debut Coach 1941 collection, this exciting collaboration presents modern re-editions of 1960s Coach styles.

The Coach 1941 x Opening Ceremony collection is available now on openingceremony.us as well as NYC and Los Angeles Opening Ceremony stores. Love love love the collaboration, super cute!

It all started with a visit to the Coach archive in New York City, where the Opening Ceremony team explored vintage silhouettes, colors and materials with Vevers. Opening Ceremony instantly fell in love with the whimsy of original Coach Creative Director Bonnie Cashin’s iconic designs, including the “Cashin Carry” tote, which we’ve reimagined for this collaboration. Americana florals and Wild Beast prints are borrowed from the Coach 1941 runway and printed on rich glovetanned leather or luxurious haircalf. Each piece comes with an embossed Coach 1941 X Opening Ceremony hangtag and a custom storypatch inside.
