Happy Year of the Monkey!

Happy Chinese New Year! It’s the Year of the Monkey this year and I am excited for the new year! Rocked new clothes and new shoes, and of course a dash of red for good luck! Today I am spending time with my family and after lunch, I caught a lion dance in Chinatown. I wished NYC allowed fireworks and firecrackers, it’s not the same ever since it was banned! But of course safety first.
