For the Spring/Summer 2016 season, Tom Ford goes down yet another unorthodox road and presents his latest womenswear collection via video. The fashion show/music video hybrid was inspired by the 70’s television show ‘Soul Train,’ stars international pop sensation Lady Gaga, and was directed by Nick Knight.
The cast featured a lineup of supermodels including Xiao Wen Ju, Lexi Bowling, Adrien Galo, and Valery Kaufman. In the video, the models are dancing amongst Gaga while wearing color-blocked snakeskin and suede skirts, sequined bodycon dresses, and metallic utilitarian-inspired tops.
