For Fall 2015, Oakley introduces the ‘Latch’ sunglasses, a new eyewear style designed for skaters by skaters. The line pays tribute to the experimental and innovative mindset that exists in the skate community, while nodding to both style and functionality.
The frames were created in collaboration with skate icon Eric Koston, renowned photographer Atiba Jefferson and two of the sport’s brightest young talents, Sean Malto and Curren Caples. A key feature of the new specs is the latch mechanism built into the frames. The “latch” enables the wearer to securely fasten the shades onto their T-shirt, collar, or pocket when the temple arms are folded over.
The Oakley Latch sunglasses come in a variety of different colorways and is available now in-store and online at oakley.com.
