Peter Copping, Creative Director of Oscar de la Renta, debuted his Spring/Summer 2016 collection at the Prince George Ballroom during NYFW. Crimson carnations were the primary print of the collection and adorned a variety of flamenco ruffle dressed, matador jackets, lace tank tops, and slim pencil skirts. Vibrant shades of seafoam green and marigold orange were used to offset feisty combinations of red and black. Copping also incorporated some of Oscar de la Renta‘s favorite fabrics into the collection, including silk faille and taffeta.
