At Paris Fashion Week, Rick Owens debuted his latest Spring/Summer 2016 womenswear collection entitled CYCLOPS. The focus of the collection was sisterhood/motherhood and the regeneration of women.
The collection showcased a range of tunics and boxers paired with crisply cut coats, hooded windbreakers, and sleeveless biker jackets made from black leather and metallic fabric. Each season Rick Owens causes a social media frenzy with its runway show, this season its no different. To illustrate Owen’s theme of women supporting other women, models also strutted down the runway wearing other models strapped onto their upper body. Quite a scene right?
