Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70
Making a bold statement this fall, Converse takes inspiration from the lower east side of Manhattan in 1975 to bring colorful styles of punk rock to life on the iconic CTAS ’70 silhouette. These compelling prints that mirror iconic album covers and posters from the mid-seventies are paired alongside suede and leather executions for a more minimal take.
Chuck Taylor All Star Andy Warhol Footwear and Apparel
Supporting Warhol’s exploration with camo, Converse takes a twist with non-traditional colors featured in a self-portrait, the Statue of Liberty, as well as a hi-top with split camo colorways on opposite sides of the upper. This unique camo print is also reflected in the Raglan and Crew Tee. On the classic Chuck Taylor All Star 70 silhouette, Converse applies a trompe-l’oeil technique inspired by a self-portrait the artist made by Xeroxing his face. For the apparel, the trompe-l’oeil application creates a faux pocket as a “tee over a tee” for a fun take on the technique.
Chuck Taylor All Star Missoni
Select unisex styles introduce a playful color blocking with different patterns on contrasting panels while the women’s Chuck Taylor All Star Lux silhouette integrates a multi-metallic gold lurex thread detail throughout for an added, fashion-forward shimmer. Additional silhouettes include the Chuck Taylor All Star classic style, as well as the Chuck Taylor ’70.
