The Dutchess of LA nail lacquer collection features four pastel shades each filled with specks of glam glitter. The collection consists of: A Touch of Class (pastel blue shade), Lavish Spender (mint shade), Let Them Eat Cake (pastel purple shade) and Posh and Privileged (cream shade). What cute names right?
