FORWARD by Elyse Walker launched a new editorial, ‘Gallery Girl’ featuring model Kate Grigorieva, photographed by Sara M. Saric. Love that they used artist RETNA’s iconic artwork as their backdrop for their photo shoot. Kate stands as the pièce de résistance at the RETNA studio as she displays looks from the Spring 2014 collections of Saint Laurent Paris, Marni, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Preen, and Dion Lee – now available on FORWARD.
A bold color palette, artistic silhouettes, and embellished textures add depth and dimension to the hidden messages and poetry illustrated in RETNA’s graffiti style pieces. With unspoken feeling and ease, a balance of luxury and art meet to captivate the beauty of two worlds merged to one.
