Maleficent by Stella McCartney Kids Collection

Stella McCartney and Disney has teamed up on a new collaboration to celebrate the highly anticipated worldwide release of “Maleficent” next month. This collection features eight pieces for boys and girls ages 4 to 14 inspired by the new film which is based on the untold story of the iconic villain from the 1959 classic “Sleeping Beauty” starring Angelina Jolie in the lead role and Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora. The costumes would be perfect for Hallooween too. The collaboration comes as no surprise since Angelina Jolie and Stella McCartney are good friends, can’t wait to see their kids in this!

“I was always a huge fan of Disney and I grew up watching all the films just like most kids did. With this collection I wanted to play on the rich character traits within the film; the sense of innocence and darkness,” says Stella McCartney.

The Maleficent by Stella McCartney Kids capsule collection is now available at Stella McCartney European stores and online at stellamccartney.com. The collection will be available in Stella McCartney stores in the US and Asia starting in early May and will also be stocked at the Disney Stores in Time Square (New York) and at the Disney Store at Harrods (London), Disneystore.com in the US, as well as additional select retailers worldwide.

10% of the sale of each Maleficent by Stella McCartney Kids items purchased in Stella McCartney stores and online, will benefit the charity SOS Children’s Villages; which works to provide loving homes for abandoned, orphaned and vulnerable children.
