adidas Originals x Pharrell Williams Partnership

After months of speculation, adidas is excited to announce a new partnership with Grammy Award winning artist, Pharrell Williams. This is the first time adidas is partnering with a designer who owns their own textile company, Pharrell Williams’ Bionic Yarn. Coming from an initiative called the Vortex Project, Bionic Yarn turns plastic debris from oceans into yarn and fabric. Bionic Yarn will be used in some of Pharrell’s upcoming adidas Originals products launching Summer 2014. Can’t wait to see what the collection has in store.
