nitro:licious turns 8!

Happy 8th year anniversary to my baby nitro:licious! Has it been 8 years already? Yesterday, my blog officially turned 8, time flies! For those that follow me on Instagram and Twitter, you guys already know that I’m still in Los Angeles and had a mini celebration at Chubby Cheek Cafe. I’ve been wanting to try the food since I didn’t get a chance to eat last time when I was hosting the mini:licious pre-launch party. I also just wanted to spend more time with my goddaughter and her big bro so this was the perfect spot. I didn’t host a party this time around since I’m kinda beat from traveling. Low key is the way to go! Yummy food, love CCC!

I also want to give a big thanks to Kym and Mike from Irie Cakes for creating such an amazing carousel cake, Chanel-inspired quilted “smash” cake and cupcakes, and also cake pops for nitro:licious’ anniversary! Why a carousel cake? Because it’s unique, there are 8 unicorns on the carousel, and unicorns are one-of-a-kind (haha). The couple has such an amazing skill, if you’re looking for a pastry baker in the LA or SD area, hit them up!
