As I mentioned previously, I was invited to Milan by Luxottica to attend a few events and the Armani fashion shows. The first runway show I ever attended in Milan was the Emporio Armani Fall 2013 show at the Armani/Teatro space, I really love that space.
The Emporio Armani collection, called Kajal (also known as kohl) which is an ancient eye cosmetic featured a palette of creams, pinks, blues and some dark hues. It was a very special feeling seeing the collection in person, and being that it’s my first show in Milan will always hold a special place in heart. The collection was very Japanese-y to me, I especially loved the jackets and the clear paneled shoes. The next day, I attended the Giorgio Armani show which unfortunately I didn’t get good photos because YM couldn’t get in and he had the camera but it was a good show as well…
