I personally really love the Nike Sportswear x Liberty collaboration, so when Summer comes around I look forward to the new collection. For Summer 2012, the first drop focuses on “Liberty’s Lagos Laurel print adorned on some of NIKE’s classic Running styles. The Cortez, Air Max One and the Nike FREE 5.0. The design is a 21st century take on the traditional psychedelic prints that form part of Liberty’s heritage. The Air Max One carries an ‘imperial purple’ version of the print which also features on the FREE 5.0 – also available in Sport Red and University Gold.” This collection releases today, April 2nd

The second drop is what I’m dying to get my hands on, in May the collection will be extended with the addition of three Basketball styles the Blazer, Hyperclave and Dunk Sky High. The Dunk Sky High will feature a wedge heel inserted into the shoe, I need that! It’s about time Nike thinks about the ladies, a hidden wedge for some extra height, LOVE and NEED!
