Wow! H&M never fails to impress, I didn’t think of much when I saw celebrities wearing H&M on the red carpet recently. Now we all know that H&M has created the Exclusive Conscious collection of red carpet looks that have all been made from more sustainable materials as part of H&M’s Conscious initiative.

The collection has already been seen on the red carpet. Amanda Seyfried wore the blue tuxedo blazer and shorts at a London premiere, while Oscar nominee Viola Davis has been seen in the hot-pink sleeveless top and skirt. Kristin Davis wore the apple green embroidered dress to a Vanity Fair event, and Michelle Williams wore an H&M custom-made gold-draped organic cotton bodice with a satin-backed crepe trumpet skirt at this year’s BAFTAs in London. A top and skirt inspired by Michelle’s exclusive gown will be available in selected H&M stores when the Exclusive Conscious collection is launched.

How fab is the ULTIMATE RED CARPET dress (pictured above)? This glamorous evening dress, made in creamy white organic cotton and silk bouclé at the top, with an organza crease plissé meringue skirt, comes as a limited edition of 1,000, each individually numbered.

Here’s a pick of this Exclusive Conscious collection, which will be available from April 12th in around 100 stores H&M worldwide, as well as selected looks online (where available). Love the looks on Constance Jablonski. Which is your favorite look?

PLEAT MINI DRESS: Green is the perfect shade for today’s red carpet, especially in a pleat mini-dress with a cut-out back made in an organic cotton blend.

BEADED MAXI: This lemon yellow maxi gown made of recycled polyester chiffon has a beaded bodice section, bringing decoration to classic design.

PHOTO PRINT DRESS: A kaleidoscope of colour decorates this photo print dress and matching jacket, made of a recycled polyester mix.
