October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to show our support, Urban Outfitters, in connection with Alternative’s Pink Ribbon Collection, has donated $60,000 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. Since its inception in 1982, Susan G. Komen remains the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists. This October, Urban Outfitters joins the fight against breast cancer with the launch of Alternative’s Pink Ribbon Collection. Alternative partnered with the charitable organization to provide a line of fashion basics ranging from a Raglan Tee, Zip-Front Hoodie and a Henley Tee.
In addition, Urban Outfitters continues its philanthropic efforts by partnering with the Young Survival Coalition—the premier global organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
