FINSK for Urban Outfitters

Wow super excited about this new collaboration between London-based shoe brand FINSK and Urban Outfitters. I love FINSK shoes and currently own two pairs, the collaboration allows everyone to buy FINSK shoes at a more affordable price point. Julia Lundsten, the designer behind FINSK has designed a capsule shoe collection for Urban Outfitters featuring 5 styles ranging from £190 to £250 and the hero piece is Thora, the simple leather zip up ankle boot with a cutout wood wedge. Also featured in the collection are a high heel peep-toe, a flat ankle boot with a built in platform to create height and comfort, and a mid-high daily wedge ankle boot with contrasting stitch detail.

The collection is reflective of Lundsten’s childhood inspirations with an architect father and interior design mother she uses contrasting leathers and wooden sculpted heels. The natural beauty of locally sourced leather is a significant component of each collection, with each pair of shoes primarily being handcrafted in an atelier in Brazil.

FINSK for Urban Outfitters will be available from Urban Outfitters Oxford Circus, Stockholm and www.urbanoutfitters.co.uk in early October. So sad the collection won’t be available in New York UO stores, must get someone to get a hold of these for me!!
