Peter Som Spring 2012

This morning I got up bright and early for Peter Som’s show at MADE and so did everyone else, it was a full house. I thought I would see Anna Wintour, since I’ve seen her at his shows before but no luck. But I did see Anna Dello Russo, Tommy Hilfiger, Linda Fargo and others at the show. Som’s collection was very colorful and strong with a feminine touch. An explosion of “super-rose” and “mini-rose” prints came down the runway along with tie-dye hair extensions on some of the models. The collection is cheerful and bright, very fresh. The shoes by Charlotte Olympia for Peter Som are pretty amazing too, and I love me a round pair of sunnies by Linda Farrow. Really pretty collection.
