This past Tuesday Prada hosted an event at their 57th Street store to preview the ‘FROM DRAWINGS TO PICTURES’ project which is the second phase of the Minimal Baroque Sunglasses project. As I mentioned before, Prada launched a new creative project linked to its eyewear collections by debuting two new glasses (pictured) from its Minimal Baroque range in conjunction with the release of eight photographs. The project features the works of Federica Di Giovanni, Kuba Dabrowski, Ciraudo_Majola, Mattia Buffoli, Rosi di Stefano, Tassili Calatroni, Tatiana Uzlova and Tomás Nogueira, and will be presented together in Prada stores in Milan, Hong Kong, London, Paris, Istanbul, Madrid, and New York from May 17th.
Love all the sunnies from the Prada Baroque collection and the photographs are really cool too, if you’re in the cities listed above be sure to stop by and check it out…if not here’s a preview. I had to restrain myself from buying all the sunglasses and the striped wedges, scarves and bags…so amazing!!!
