On day 3 of NYFW, missed a couple of morning shows because I overslept but made it to Lincoln Center for the afternoon and night shows. First up was Vivienne Tam, didn’t take pics because I wanted to actually enjoy the show, you can watch the full runway show here. Vivienne’s collection was inspired by the 600-year old Kun Opera, she used Swarovski crystals to embellish her pieces- more on her collection in another post. Then it was Charlotte Ronson‘s show, loved the grandma sweaters and sweater leggings/pants. G-Star Raw was the last show of the evening, I always liked what came down the runway but never seem to be able to find it at the stores. My fave pieces consisted of the velvet coat, denim overall, jackets, knitted shorts and cape. After all the shows, I stopped by Aveda to see some of my blogger friends at the Cocktails and Couture Social Media Networking Event. My feet was killin’ me when the day ended, more to come…
Oh and Michael Kors sent over a customized Flip Slide HD along with an invite to the show, it was pretty awesome I used it throughout fashion week! Thanks.
