Gabby Applegate Fall 2010 Lookbook

Remember LA-based brand Witches, well the brand has changed its name to Gabby Applegate which is also the designer’s name. I like the brand and find many pieces that would work in my closet. For fall/holiday 2010, Gabby was inspired by her mother and her past experience being a equestrian rider. The pieces in the collection such as the W.O.S Pants reminds her of what her mother wore growing up; very chic and classic looking. Her equestrian past reflects in the horse blanket poncho in the muted/neutral wools fabrics. Then there is her own little touch of dark and leathery that you see in her past season/line Witches. I love the Back Stabber Coat (pictured)!
