N.E.R.D + Asher Roth KIN SPOT Concert in SF

Most of you guys already know that this past weekend I was in San Francisco for the N.E.R.D + Asher Roth KIN SPOT concert. There was also a Yeasayer concert at Longshoreman’s Hall, an infamous landmark on Fisherman’s Wharf with historical music encounters, which I stopped by with Jordana and YM for their sound check and then jetted to European Collision Center (an auto repair hub) to hang with N.E.R.D and Asher Roth. Jus Ske was DJing and he was nice enough to pose for my Twitter followers!

Microsoft flew me over to SF to watch the shows and it was pretty amazing to have all access, hang out with the artists before they went on and experience how the concerts came together. I had a great time interviewing and chillin’ with the artists (videos to come) and the concerts were so dope! It was my first time watching Asher Roth and he was pretty good, very nice guy too. N.E.R.D, I’ve seen a couple of times but I was still very excited for their performance and as usual they delivered a great show. The crowd was going nuts, even after the concert they didn’t want to leave lol. It also proves how powerful social networking sites are since the KIN SPOT secret locations were shared just hours before the artists went on stage via KIN’s Facebook page and the turnout was phenomenal (over capacity)! It was also a pleasure to meet the team behind Microsoft KIN, thank you so much for this amazing experience!
