Nicole Richie to Guest Judge on Project Runway Season 7

Nicole Richie will be appearing on Lifetime TV’s Project Runway, premiere of season 7 of the design competition, which airs on January, 14th at 10pm EST. According to E! News, season 7 was taped late last year so Nicole was still a blonde. In the sneak peek of the episode Nicole says, “I think that you have to have a theme, you have to have a vibe and a feeling,” I wonder which designer she’s talking about.
