Little Lamb is a chain hot pot restaurant from China/Hong Kong, I first had it when I visited Hong Kong a few years ago. I’ve been looking for a good hot pot spot for a long time in NYC, Shabu Shabu doesn’t really count. Usually, I have hot pot at home or at a friend’s home but now I’ve found the one. Since it’s winter and it’s cold out, it’s ideal to eat hot pot to keep warm. Went to Little Lamb Hot Pot with my family for Thanksgiving dinner and it was so good we couldn’t stop eating! The wait was long but well worth it, I believe there’s no reservations. The unique thing about Little Lamb is the soup base, it is made of Chinese herbs and it’s amazing! And you can blend your your own dipping sauce, there’s a ton to choose from. We ordered a lot of food and finished it all up. Definitely going back again, so yummy!
