Forever 21 just launched a new line, called Boutique by Forever 21, which was designed to “accommodate the more feminine and unique Forever 21 girl.” Boutique is vintage-inspired drawing inspiration from “sources as varied as Portobello Road and Hollywood costume archives” and is full of embellishment, beautiful prints and high quality fabrications. The line will mirror the current Forever 21 line in value and trend, and will offer a full assortment of apparel including dresses, woven and knit tops, sweaters, bottoms, and outerwear. Tennessee Thomas from The Like was shot in some of her favorite pieces from the new line and she looks great, my pick is the Grandeur Bead & Sequin Top ($29.80) from what’s available now.
