Gilt Groupe does it again, today they’ve launched Jetsetter, a luxury travel site at members-only prices. I’ve been waiting forever since I’ve heard about their project, I’m looking forward to booking a trip soon. Like Gilt, Jetsetter sales are live for a limited time of just 2 days, and travel offers are sold on a first come, first served basis. Members of the Jetsetter team visit the properties they feature in order to provide first-hand information and insight, which is indicated by their “Jetsetter Verified” seal.
Jetsetter’s usual sale time will be at 8pm, but their first sale started today, at 12 Noon EDT. These sales include:
- Estancia Vik, a massive luxury ranch near Punta del Este in Uruguay
- Cotton House, a secluded estate on the elite Caribbean island of Mustique
- The Bauer Hotel, an intimate palazzo along the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy
- Wynn Las Vegas, Steve Wynn’s eponymous creation that stands out on the Strip
- Andre Balazs’ Standard Hotels chic towers in New York and LA
