Stella McCartney loves Bambi and so do we, for fall ’09 her ad campaign was Bambi-inspired and shot by Ryan McGinley in the woods of Worcestershire, England featuring Model Sigrid Agren. If you have been following Stella’s work, you’ll probably know that for her LeSportsac collaboration it consists of an animal her son picks out every season which is really cute. The campaign features “cinema’s most famous deer and his pals Thumper, Friend Owl, Flower the skunk — and assorted butterflies and bluebirds.” Look out for the campaign in the September issues of the glossies.

“I’m a huge Bambi fan, and the film reminds me of my mum,” said McCartney, referring to the late Linda McCartney. “And we wanted to have some fun. The clothes in the campaign are looking quite fierce, and we wanted to contrast them with the innocence of Bambi,” she added. via WWD
