The Jonathan Kelsey for Mulberry shoes collection is now available, this marks the first line of shoes for women under the Mulberry brand. “Footwear has always been part of our business plan,” Lisa Montague, COO for Mulberry, said when news broke. “We loved Jonathan’s Autumn/Winter 2007 collection and thought his energy and design ethos would be an excellent fit for our brand.” The range consists of five styles in various colorways, the Riding Boot, the Ankle Boot, the Cropped Bootie, the Platform Pump and the Men’s shoe (a flat lace-up). “Rich tones of fuchsia, chocolate, black and gunmetal complement our grunge-inspired Autumn/Winter 2008 clothing range and handbags.” I’m personally not a big fan of the shape of the “head” but if you are, the collection is available now at Mulberry.
