According to WWD, Cynthia Rowley will be back (she once had a collection with Target called Swell) to Target for a new limited edition brand called Whim by Cynthia Rowley. Don’t get happy so fast, this is not part of the Go International collection, instead it will focus on novelty items such as outdoor games and inflatable pools. The collection is expected to hit Target stores at the end of April.
