For Fall/Holiday 2007, Stussy will present its first ever collaboration in the women’s line. The brand has teamed up with accessories brand Hyde S.K. to produce a co-branded capsule of apparel and accessories called “Tangled Web.” Knight designed an original textile pattern that appears across a tee, henley and hoodies, plus three different handbag designs. Her designs for Stussy incorporate her signature inspirations and incorporate whimsical charms, skulls and beads.
Hyde S.K is the brainchild of UK-based designer Sasha Knight. The London based Knight, who has produced accessories for brands like Paul Smith, Jessica Ogden and Silas, is inspired by Native Americans, Shamanism, vintage rock n’ roll, nature, and the occult. Her organic, luxurious designs are painstakingly handcrafted with attention paid to the smallest detail. Dreamcatchers, skulls, beads, leather braiding, printed illustrations and reptile skins are some signature elements of the Hyde S.K line, which can be found in an assortment of the world’s best boutiques.
