Anna Sui is set to launch a new brand called Dolly Girl that will be targeted at women ages 18-25 in Japan and sold through Japanese department stores. In the Fall/Winter collection there will be blouses (about $100), pants (about $108) and coats (about $240), the collection will be hitting the stores in late August. Why does Asia always gets the exclusives…but its a wise decision to start in Japan, the women there are really willing to spend money on trends. via WWD
