The Scene
Back-lit wood panels create a slick entrance to the restaurant that’s half Tuscan (see photos of the namesake region of western Italy on the walls) and half cowboy (see the steer horns tacked up around the room). A front bar flanks booth seating, and wooden tables fill the back dining area. Servers are knowledgeable about Maremma and the menu. – Citysearch

So I still could barely eat this day b/c of my wisdom tooth extraction, but I was craving for some Mac & Cheese since its soft its ok. B remembered he read somewhere that this place had the “best” Mac & Cheese so he took me there. We went there and had no reservations so it was a good one hour wait, but since I was craving it was fine. The food was decent and the Mac & Cheese was good but not as good Schillers, they are still rated #1 in my opinion! They have an option of splitting the meals you ordered in however many portions so you don’t need to pick off each plate, so we went with her suggestion and ordered two entrees and had them split it. I will def go back there to try some more stuff since I’m recovered now haha, check it out if you’re in town! Peep the meal after the jump…

felt like a lil picnic hehe

bread & crackers for the table

Muscoli: Mussels, steamed with tomato, thyme and garlic. – soooooooo good, i luv’d the tomato sauce!

Tuscan Fries:  Fries with herbs and chilies – the waitress recommended this, so we did, soooooooo good I’m craving for this right now!

(l) Moonshine: Fusilli with tomato, bourbon and Grana Padano. – not your regular kind of mac & cheese, they cook this with wine to get the flavoring, pretty good
(r) Carbonara: Spaghetti with bacon, egg and Romano cheese. – didn’t like this too much
