I hardly ever talk about beauty products especially when it comes to cosmetics because I don’t use much. If you’ve been following my blog, I’ve only talked about mascara, lip gloss and chapstick. But I’ve been noticing my skin getting SUPER flakey and dry lately, most likely because of the change in weather…its been damn brick! I felt like “Ashey Larry”, so I went into Sephora this weekend with momz and asked the specialists for some advice in picking a new lotion. She recommended a heavier one, since my face is extremely dry lolz…picked out the Clinique Repairwear Day SPF 15 Intensive Cream and Clinique Repairwear Intensive Night Cream. It’s only been a week, but I’m luvin’ it, no more dryness. I also wanted a good eye cream, I tend to get dark circles and puffiness (big eyebags), she pointed out Ole Henriksen Visual Truth Eye Creme. The eye creme I don’t really notice the difference yet, but its def moisturizing it…ususally its dry in that area too.
Ok enuff of the skincare, on to my newest mascara, I finally finished up my Lancome Hypnose Mascara. Today I opened up my Lancome L’Extreme Mascara and tried it out, LUV IT. The brush is much narrower at the tips so its easier to get the lashes on both ends of the corners. Usually I get mascara all over the skin if I’m using the Hypnose, then I have to clean it up with eye makeup remover. This one is great, not messy at all! You guys should def try this one out! LUVS IT! Any other good recommendations for mascara, leave me a comment!
After work I’m going to hit Bergdorf Goodman to cop the La Mer Lip Balm, I’ve been wanting to that this since last year. But had 100000 other lip balm to finish. Finally going to get it, and for anyone that knows me, knows I’m obsessed with lip balm, I can’t go out without one in my bag. If I don’t have one, I’ll need to buy one, its a fetish…I use it constantly haha. I’ll give reviews on it after I’ve tested it, but I’m sure its good, its LA MER!!
